 Inspired by the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) Nature and Forest Therapy is the therapeutic practice of being in a natural setting with the intention of slowing down… awakening your senses to the present moment and allowing your mind to rest from its busy work. During this practice, your connection to the natural world is remembered. You become attuned to the pace and frequency of the land, and you are open to receiving gifts that heal the body, calm the mind and restore the spirit. There is comfort in knowing that you are a part of nature… and belong.
